Employer Survey
ILMI Employer Survey
The Indigenous Labour Market Survey is funded by Employment and Service Development Canada (ESDC) and supported by First Peoples Development Inc. (FPDI). We are currently collecting survey responses from employers in Manitoba to gain insights into labour market needs and identify workforce gaps. This survey provides employers the opportunity to express their workforce demands, allowing communities to plan effectively. The data collected will help match job seekers with appropriate positions, clarify job requirements, prioritize training, and foster partnerships with employers. After collection, the data will be analyzed to enhance education, training, and employment-related programs and services.
Completing the survey takes approximately five minutes. Along with general information about organizations, we will ask questions regarding the types of workers hired in the past year and any current or anticipated job openings. Please be assured that all information provided will be used solely for job matching purposes and will be aggregated with data from other employers to inform communities about local labour market needs.
Benefits of participating include:
- Driving real change
- Investing in the future of the labour market
- Providing crucial information for growth
- Educating communities
- Identifying strengths
Incentives will be awarded for each completed survey (limit one survey per business), and may include gift cards, cash or entries into draws.
