FIRST PEOPLES DEVELOPMENT INC.
The FPDI sub-office is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba and the head office is in Brokenhead Ojibway Nation in Manitoba.
FPDI is an administrative organization for the ASETS program, we seek to provide oversight, support and guidance to the Sub-Agreement Holders to ensure transparency and accountability. We maintain on-going cooperative working relationships with the Sub-Agreement Holders and all of our partners. Through the support of the FPDI, the Sub-Agreement Holders at the local level will work to develop and deliver programs and services that meet their own specific labour market needs for continued client employment development.
In keeping with the ASETS program, FPDI will ensure that all clients can access the minimum level of services appropriate for their respective circumstances.

First Peoples Development Inc. assists Members at the community level in developing and delivering their own grassroots-based programs and services that meet regional labour market and employment needs by facilitating partnerships, advocating and co-implementing socioeconomic priorities of the respective Members while maintaining accountability.
Through supporting our SAH's employment and training initiatives, our vision is to enable First Nations people of all ages with the training, tools and skills required to advance meaningful careers and secure available employment opportunities both inside and outside their communities.
